EHA 2026 | Choosing the right targeted partner for standard therapy in second-line follicular lymphoma

In this video, Benoit Tessoulin, MD, PhD, Nantes University Hospital Center, Nantes, France, briefly discusses the current approach to treatment selection in second-line follicular lymphoma. He notes that the landscape has evolved beyond lenalidomide plus rituximab (R-squared), with options now including combinations of R-squared with the antibodies tafasitamab or epcoritamab, and potentially CAR T-cell therapies in the future, although approvals for the latter are currently limited to third-line treatment. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
