ASCO 2026 | Practice-changing advances in DLBCL immunotherapy in 2026

Joshua Brody, MD, The Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai, New York City, NY, provides insight into the most practice-changing advances in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) immunotherapy in 2026, highlighting the EPCORE NHL-6 trial (NCT05451810), which demonstrated the feasibility of outpatient administration of epcoritamab. Dr Brody notes that this will have a significant impact on the management of DLBCL by community oncologists, and anticipates that upcoming frontline trial results may lead to the approval of epcoritamab plus R-CHOP in the frontline setting. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
