Momelotinib was approved in 2023 for the treatment of patients with intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis (MF) and anemia in both the frontline and relapsed settings. Prithviraj Bose, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, outlines how this agent should be dosed, highlights the common adverse events observed, and provides insight into switching patients from ruxolitinib to momelotinib.
