Sergio Giralt, MD, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, briefly discusses the challenge of preventing graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) in patients undergoing stem cell transplantation, and how the approval of agents including belumosudil and ruxolitinib have greatly improved outcomes for patients.
