Arnon Nagler, MD, MSc, Sheba Medical Center, Tel-Aviv, Israel, discusses remission in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with t(8; 21) following CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy. Prof. Nagler goes on to discuss the toxicities associated with the use of CAR-T for this indication.
