Simone Ferrero, MD, University of Torino and Hospital “Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino”, Torino, Italy, discusses the potential of multi-omics in understanding the progression from non-tumoral premalignant states to overt Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia (WM). He introduces research examining gene mutations, RNA expression, and the role of non-malignant cell mutations in inflammation and disease progression.
