ICML 2023 | Genetic subtypes of cHL identified by non-invasive genomic profiling

Stefan Alig, MD, Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, CA, shares the findings of a study which used non-invasive genomic profiling to identify genetic subtypes of classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). Dr Alig begins by discussing the approach used to profile a large cohort of patients using CAPP-seq, before describing two biologically distinct mutational subtypes that were identified. These two clusters had distinct transcriptional signatures and correlated with clinical variables. This interview took place at the 17th International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma (ICML), held in Lugano, Switzerland.
