So the challenge here it that conditioning regimens have been variable between centers around the world. You have experience from many different continents, let’s say in East Asia, India, the Middle East, and of course in Europe and North America. Many different countries around the world use different approaches, but we always talk about myeloablative regimen versus reduced intensity conditioning regimen, especially with those patients who are complicated, who can be transplanted with pre-preparative conditioning timing like giving immunosuppressive therapy earlier on prior to transplantation in order hopefully to improve the outcome...
