SOHO 2025 | Predictors of ICU survival in patients with hematological malignancies

Shivani Modi, MD, Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, shares the findings of a study investigating predictive factors for ICU survival and outcomes in patients with hematological malignancies. Dr Modi highlights that post-chemo monitoring surveillance, such as regular follow-up with a nurse navigator, was the only predictive factor identified, with patients receiving such care having a better outcome. This interview took place at the 13th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2025) in Houston, TX.
