I would like first of all to highlight our work. This basically is the first case series of literature that actually was done in the Middle East region and it’s the first even extensive review of literature, so in case anyone is interested to see the existing literature, they can see our work. So we actually focused in our work on PNH in a special population, which is pregnant ladies. In our institution, we have a total of 10 pregnancies that actually occurred in four of our patients, and we actually studied their course throughout, before getting pregnant and throughout the pregnancy and the postpartum complications, and we actually found our outcomes are similar to the existing literature.
