Gemelli IRCCS, Rome, Italy, discusses a multi-center study investigating the best treatment strategy before autologous stem cell transplantation (autoSCT) in patients with POEMS syndrome. The findings revealed that patients with comorbidities benefited from cyclophosphamide before autoSCT. This interview took place at the 12th International Workshop on Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia (IWWM-12) in Prague, Czech Republic.
