Paolo Ghia, MD, PhD, Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milan, Italy, discusses COVID-19 vaccination recommendations for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) from the European Research Initiative on CLL (ERIC). Dr Ghia recommends that patients receive COVID-19 vaccinations prior to receiving therapy where possible, and that current precautions, such as wearing masks, should be maintained post-vaccination.
