SOHO 2022 | Treatment approaches for older patients with MCL

In this video, Jia Ruan, MD, PhD, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, shares some insights into treatment approaches for older patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), highlighting the value of chemotherapy-free regimens. Dr Ruan then goes on to discuss various Phase II and Phase III clinical trials evaluating these regimens, including ibrutinib in combination with rituximab, and zanubrutinib in combination with rituximab.
