Swaminathan P. Iyer, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, shares some insights into the importance of investigating and better understanding the disease biology of T-cell lymphoma, and various factors that influence the treatment of this disease. Dr Iyer first comments on the importance of translating information about the biology of disease into real-world practice, and then goes on to explain strategies to improve therapeutic options for patients.
