Lakshmi Nayak, MD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses using liquid biopsy to improve diagnosis and monitoring of CNS lymphomas. This research focuses on using cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) or peripheral blood (PB) to detect microscopic disease levels that other methods might miss in order to diagnose disease and monitor treatment response.
