SOHO 2025 | From fixed-duration regimens to novel agents: current & future perspectives on CLL treatment

In this video, Lydia Scarfò, MD, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University & IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, Italy, discusses the evolving treatment paradigm for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), highlighting the shift from continuous to fixed-duration treatment, which reduces the risk of some adverse events and allows for re-administration of the same treatment at progression. She notes that identifying the most suitable combination for high-risk patients remains a challenge, particularly for those with TP53 aberrations. This interview took place at the 13th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2025) in Houston, TX.
