Claire Harrison, MD, FRCP, FRCPath, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, comments on a recent paper that aims to shed light on the current challenges and unmet needs in myelofibrosis (MF), highlighting gaps in the field and areas where a change in approach is needed.
