So as we are all aware, there are two different systems of subclassification of MDS. The WHO, Fifth Edition and International Consensus Classification. Even though majority of the criteria are similar, there are some subtle differences and it’s important that the community is aware of these intricacies. So, we developed this tool under the umbrella of International Working Group guidelines for diagnosis and prognosis of MDS and germline predisposition. We are also developing the guidelines for a diagnostic criteria that any hematologist oncologist across the world is easily able to implement in his or her center. We are also making it simple enough that a community hematologist is able to diagnose and look up any sort of guidelines regarding therapy and the tool was developed under that umbrella and we really hope that people use it. There is also an opportunity to provide feedback. You can provide it directly to the authors. There is also a way to collect it in the centralized server from the user, so feel free to use the tool and we look forward to your feedback.
