BSH 2024 | Treating young patients with MPN

Claire Harrison, MD, FRCP, FRCPath, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK, comments on the treatment of young patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), highlighting a need for more evidence and the development of guidelines to inform treatment decisions for these patients. An international group has been set up to allow young patients with MPN (aged 25 or under at the time of diagnosis) to support each other and voice their needs. This interview took place at the 64th Annual Scientific Meeting of the British Society for Haematology (BSH) Congress in Liverpool, UK.
