In this video, Margaret Ragni, MD, MPH, University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, shares insights into promising therapies for patients with hemophilia who develop inhibitors. Prof. Ragni comments on a variety of novel approaches, including the use of supplemented carbohydrates to alter the gut microbiota, coupling of blood cells to suppress inhibitor formation, and suppression of HLA II antigens.
