EHA 2024 | Considering the sequencing of covalent and non-covalent BTK inhibitors in CLL

Lydia Scarfò, MD, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University & IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, Italy, discusses the efficacy of the non-covalent (nc) BTK inhibitor (BTKi) pirtobrutinib when administered following discontinuation of covalent BTKi (cBTKi). Ongoing studies are also investigating how ncBTKis can be used in combination with other agents. This interview took place at the 29th Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Madrid, Spain.
