Lydia Scarfò, MD, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University & IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, Italy, discusses the efficacy of the non-covalent (nc) BTK inhibitor (BTKi) pirtobrutinib when administered following discontinuation of covalent BTKi (cBTKi). Ongoing studies are also investigating how ncBTKis can be used in combination with other agents.
