Julia Jane Scarisbrick, MBChB, FRCP, MD, University Hospital Birmingham, Birmingham, UK, gives an overview of the role of transplantation in the treatment of patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), talking on how it can prolong survival. Prof. Scarisbrick discusses the practicalities of transplantation in clinical practice, describing the use of reduced-intensity conditioning following the Stanford protocol, which combines total skin electron beam (TSEB), total nodal irradiation and ATG. This interview took place at the EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Group 20-21 meeting in Marseille.
