Where I work our team, actually we are searching for cognitive actions according to the adult patients to whom we administer the CAR T-cell therapy. We frame them with two tests, MoCA, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test, and the Mini-Mental State Examination test. We administer these tests before the therapy, the CAR-T therapy, post infusion also at six hours, three months also as a follow-up and six months.

So far we checked 30 patients and we checked their neurotoxic effects that they are going through and also the cognitive actions. And our conclusion is that the early post infusion time is the time that these grades are declined. These two tests are very useful for clinical practice and benefit, and help us, both team doctors and nurses, for our assessment.
