Academic history
Ahmed Ludvigsen Al-Mashmadi, MD, received his medical degree from Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark. After finishing his degree, Dr Al-Mashmadi went into teaching before becoming a research assistant at Aarhus University, where he conducted clinical experimental research on porcine models of obesity, atherosclerosis, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes mellitus. He is currently Specialty Registrar in the Department of Hematology at Aalborg University Hospital, Aalborg, Denmark.
Speaking on dietetics and T-cell lymphoma
Dr Al-Mashmadi’s research interests include the development of novel therapies for hematological and oncological disorders, such as T-cell lymphoma and atherosclerosis.
