In this video, Eytan Stein, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, briefly discusses the poor outcomes for relapsed/refractory (R/R) patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after treatment failure on a menin inhibitor, highlighting the lack of effective salvage options. Dr Stein emphasizes the importance of introducing menin inhibitors, such as revumenib, into earlier lines of therapy to avoid the challenges associated with treating R/R disease. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
