I think that one of the big steps for the community is really trying to spread the recommendations, so as to have the clear identification of the patient who should receive that kind of treatment, because there is the risk that we are going to give this treatment to patients who are not in need of such a kind of intensive approach. I think that one of the big steps for the community is really trying to spread the recommendations, so as to have the clear identification of the patient who should receive that kind of treatment, because there is the risk that we are going to give this treatment to patients who are not in need of such a kind of intensive approach. So one of the big points is really to identify patients with an aggressive course of the disease, a systemic disease and not a limited form, and also a disease that is identified by the disease specialist as a disease with severe refractory characteristics. Nowadays, we have more biomarkers, more clinical tools to rapidly identify the best patients. So I think that if we are going to improve patient selection, also the treatment can be best delivered to the patient who really needs it.

Another important point is also to spread in the community of disease specialists and in the hematological community more knowledge about the treatment. And this for sure will help also in the patient journey to give the patient the good information and the good connection to perform the treatment in the centers that are performing such a kind of approach because we know that this treatment cannot be delivered in every center. It needs to be done in a center with experience in both the disease but also in cellular therapies. So we may expect to have different disease specialists that are sending patients to centers with a multidisciplinary team and experience already consolidated for the treatment. And we need to be connected also with the community in the different countries to be sure to have the patient with the right disease characteristics on time. So we need cooperation.
