Eytan Stein, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, explains the rationale and design of the SELECT-AML-1 trial (NCT04905407) evaluating the RARA agonist tamibarotene in combination with venetoclax and azacitidine in patients with RARA-positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
