Joseph Mikhael, MD of the Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, AZ talks about the issue of access to treatment for marginalized and high-risk multiple myeloma (MM) patients at the 2016 American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, held in San Diego, CA.
