Prof Johnson discusses the efforts that are being made in terms of defining subgroups of patients and relevant therapy approaches for common tumors such as breast cancer, lung cancer and colon cancer. He also talks about how for unusual tumors, the challenge is to identify therapy targets and recruit sufficient numbers of patients for trials.
Recorded at the 2016 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
