EHA 2017 | A question of age: how should elderly DLBCL patients be treated?

Hematological malignancies, such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) affect a significant level of elderly patients. However, various factors such as the increased incidence of co-morbidity mean that this population can be difficult to treat. Here, Marek Trněný, MD from Charles University General Hospital, Prague, Czech Republic talks us through the results of a cohort study which examined how elderly patients diagnosed with DLBCL are treated. This interview was recorded at the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2017 Annual Congress in Madrid, Spain.
